·          First place: $500, certificates for each co-author

·          Second place: $300, certificates for each co-author

·          Third place: $150, certificates for each co-author

·          The award will be shared among all co-authors of the posters except the professors. 

·          Presentations will be made at the Gala Dinner.

·          500 words abstract (each figure is counted as 100 words).

·          Submission deadline: 5pm (PDT), July 25. 

·          Authors need to follow the format in the template (NOW abstract template).

·          All posters will be presented by students and post-docs.

·          Poster should follow the format in the template (NOW poster template).

·          Each poster will be allocated a 3-minute slot for oral introduction

·          Poster viewing times are Sunday Lunch, Afternoon Break, and Dinner.  The co-authors should take turns to host their poster.

·          Posters will be judged based on research quality and poster presentation.

·          A 5-member external panel will evaluate the posters

·          Score will be collected Monday August 22 morning, and decision announced after the morning coffee break.
