Please edit this MS Word file and insert your abstract information, then upload the edited MS Word file through the submission form below.

If your abstract file is successfully received, the confirmation web page will have a web link and confirmation number you can use to double-check that your abstract is on our server. Please save this link, as you will NOT receive any emailed confirmation.

If you need to revise your abstract, just upload a new version of it. We will only use the most recent uploaded version and ignore the others.
